Flower stage advice needed

received_10155235347528446.jpeg received_10155235347613446.jpeg 20170515_205954.jpg Heyeveryone. Soo today im taking some clones off my 3 babys. Veg stage has been hard for my first DWC but thanks to this community my plants have made it and are healthy as can be. Its time to flower. So questions. First does PH. Raise or lower during flower? Should i have my nutes at the same level as Veg? When is it time to flush. 1 week before end of flower or 2 days ive read different. Lastly room temp and humidity, and will i have to change my res every 3 days as i am now or expect sooner or later then 3 days..Any advice please tell me ive attached a few pics to show you how they are doing. Again the advice from this community is invaluable knowledge and i cant thankall of you enough

P.s. the buckets in the grow room are blacked out thats my holding bucket well i do my changes.

Raising and Lowering pH during flower allows You to regulate the amount of food that is being taken in by the plant's and raising pH during the last days removes the need for flushing in any type of grow method. They should be getting a well rounded feeding before you flip. They are looking a little undernourished and could use a little pruning, remember they will grow another 3rd the size while in flower.
Nuttin to it but to Do It!

I get super nervous about prunning how much is to much to take. So your saying cut my clones tonight change my res give em a good 24 hr feed then switch to 12/12. Should i start my oh at 5.5 and let it drift up as i did in veg?

does your (unknown name) nutrient program come with a feeding chart and call for flushing?

I like my pH to be 5.8, and as far as pruning goes, I like to leave as much vegetation on as possible EXCEPT....leaves that block bud sites. Get rid of them. I basically prune off a small handful of leaves every other day for the first 3 weeks of flower. Get as much light hitting as many bud sites as possible.

Thank you sir best answer by far

As far as feeding too, i dont switch to blooming nutes til week 2 of flower. And i feed nitrogen the whole run.

Your flush isn't predetermined...you flush when the trichomes are the color you want them to be (cloudy, milky, and/or amber). In my general experience, Ph would rise in Veg and fall in flower...but that's just my own experience....you'll want to be careful on not going trim crazy! People trim all their big fan leaves in early flower, then in late flower the buds don't have a proper energy source...your big leaves, even the ones blocking light, are what will grow you nice and huge colas...trimming a few is always understandable, but remember not to go nuts...sometimes it's better to just remove the growing tip that's not getting light instead of removing everything that IS getting light just so a new branch can grow up....hope some of this can help bud, DWC ain't so hard once you got it down pat. :)

And he has a good point; Don't forget your plant still needs nitrogen...as long as you don't feed to heavy on the Bloom boosters though, you shouldn't need to add any extra nitrogen. :)
Feed just what you were feeding in Veg nutes when you start giving it bloom, then in a few days, raise it a little, so on and so forth :) Good luck bud looking good so far!

Do i need a specific feed for flower or can i not use what i have been for veg stage
There will be different bases for flower and veg almost every nite line has a grow A and B and then a bloom A and B. You def want to keep them in line for what stage your in. What else goea in your feed?

You'll want to feed bloom nutes....there's no base nutrient (other than additives) that is good from veg to flower. The needs of the plant differs too much in these two phases. You don't need a specific feed or NPK; however you do need a feed that is specific for blooming. If you can, try to get ahold of cannabis-friendly nutrients...Advanced Nutrients, General Hydroponics, Dynagrow/DynaBloom, Botanicare, Cannanutrients, all of them have a good track record and are intended for cannabis. Personally, I use GH's Floranova Grow/Bloom and it has worked much better with literally no deficiencies, ph problems, etc....what brand of nutes are you feeding with now BigMBigBuds?

The "Flush" is a myth! Plants do not get nutrients "flushed" from them!

pH can be run slightly higher in soil in bloom, In hydro - simply run the pH by setting it at 5.8 or 5.7 and let it ride up to 6.2 and lower it back down. Like Hydrotech said....Run the pH a bit higher for the last week or so...

No, I'm sorry but you can run Jacks classic or Dyna Gro Foliage pro and plenty of others as a single nutrient from start to finish!
In no way do you "need" to run any "Cannabis friendly bloom specific" nutrient in veg or bloom for results. If you run in a quality soil, you don't "really" get much from adding Silica either. In hydro - it can be a good idea. Quality soils have enough natural silica, in as much as the plant needs.

Just pointing this out.

I thought he was running hydro?....Asking for advice about flowering in dwc? In DWC you don't need cannabis-friendly nutes; but they sure take some of the worry out of the grow....flushing is debated about being a myth or not...some people do it. Some don't. Seems like he is going to though, and if so, there is no preset time to flush...you flush when either trich's turn cloudy/milky/amber or an array of ways to tell by looking with the naked eye...

Flushing is a myth. Feeding heavy in the last 2 weeks will swell the buds past your expectations. In Dwc just run 5.8 pH 0 ppm water for the last 2 days. The taste and smoothness comes from the cure. The last 2 weeks are most important for weight and potency as far as nutes go. But to each his own. Nameste!

Yeah for sure on that. And wow, I thought it was one of those things people were still debating about...that's interesting. Well, I guess we're both learning BigMBuds :P

Wait I just read this part...you said you change your rez every 3 days??? Whoa man, you should be alright to wait every 7 days to do a rez change, even in standalones, I went about 10-25 days between each rez change w/ no problems...just top off with water when they drink and, if you need to add back nutes before the 7 days is up, add some back...idk, it's how I did anyways. Good luck :)
