Whatup dudes,

I'm getting ready to harvest some California organic meds for our patients but it seems they are still not ready at the end of week 10. I'm running:

6,000 watts dimmed down to 600 x 6 = 3,600 watts

Strains:

Banana Split - 60 day strain

Purple Cadillac - 8 to 9 week strain

Fire OG - 10 week strain

Suzy Q CBD - 10 week strain

ACDC CBD - 8 to 9 week strain

I usually run 1,000 watts in previous rooms but since I'm running 600 watts does this make them take longer?

Thank you.

by about 40% longer, cutting the most precious resource ur plant demands suffers all

yields+quality

you can let them bask longer again by 40% ...lol

good luck

Oh the quality is there and I know the yield won't be no where as close as 6,000 watts. But 40%? Damn. How come no one tells you this? Lol. There's not much info about it on grow forums.

I'm pumpin it up to 6k from now on. Dangit.

Was gonna say might not be quite 1/1 ratio. Maybe not a ratio at all. Could flower setting take longer to initiate with a drastic reduction in light? Your yield could go down if light was within saturation with 1000w. If flowering got much slower with less light I never noticed when I had a 150 HPS. Same flower time as 900watts for
Northern Skunk and an old Haze I once had.

Thanks. I agree. Week 10 and still clear trichomes about 10% cloudy. I already pulled the CBD's so we'll see what they test at.

A week ago I did pull a nug from the Purple Cadillac to further check trichs. I let it dry out and smoked it and got pretty damn high.

I recently switched from 600 watt HPS to a 1000 watt HPS and I noticed a slight increase to how fast the flowers progress... Since I've been growing the same strains for years, I attribute the "speed-up" to the higher powered lighting.

Hi have you grown them first under a T5 light first from cuttings or seeds as for me I stunt them using my T5 as I have had problems Like your having,Lucky I learn By my mistakes.
once there of a reasonable Height I put them in my 20ltr containers and there is no need for a drip system just the baskets with my clay pebbles and rhizotonic some cal-mag a bit of super thrive A&B canna Aqua Flores a good air stone and pump plus 600 led upwards and bobs your uncle The easiest set up idiot proof you do no male plants grow quicker than females good luck

use Led lights or boil your plants or induction hps use to much electric and burn your plants I use 600watt Led costing £7.50 per week that dont heat up.

ARR Variety is the spice of life I never grow the same strain twice unless it is exceptional

I do some low latitude sativas which take 14/10 just like 24/0 as far as making buds. I have seen a couple weeks difference in flower time in sisters.
