Great thread. Why choose 9.5 globe bulbs over flood lights. I am considering the light below:

At the beginning of the thread you argued that the globe bulbs you are using put out more lumens from their sides. Why not use the flood lights and direct all the light on the plants?
I am not criticizing you in anyway. I don't have much knowledge on growing with bulbs and I value your opinion and advice.
