fluorescence lights or cfl lights

Hi guy and girls
Im thinking of buiding a small vegging box for my cuttings .
What type of light would be better i dont want to use hps or Metal Halide
so its a choice out of fluorescence lights or cfl lights
MY box would probley be about 3ft/3ft and 3ft high and i was planning on growing cheese which are pritty dense plant so light penetration would be a issue so any advice and suggestion would be much appreciated

For 3x3, I'd go with CFLs.

T5HOs (not standard T5s) would be better. but you can get a MH for the same price as the T5s.
