fluorescent tubes for a vert grow?

can you use fluorescent tubes for vert. can you flower like that. what kind of yield would i be looking at. in my mind its would be 3 tubes around one plant?

I know someone that is flowering some C99 (Cinderella 99) with some CFL which is about the same thing and he is getting decent results.

kinda a rough design thats what im thinking?

depends on wattage, but get them nice and close (1-2 inches)

what i have is 3 cool white tube not sure on the wattage but a few extra cfls should help right?

they are sixty watts

do you think a 70 watt hps in addition would help things get goin?

Unless your bulbs/fixture are HO you are pissing in the wind

I am flowering with 4 @ 23w LED Tubes- 1 NW + 3 WW

They could also be placed vertically
