Forcing male flowers on female clones?

I know stress can cause a female plant to shoot out some male flowers. I'm trying to get some seeds for next year, since the status of dispensaries here is up in the air.

I had several different strains this year and have harvested, but left a few small lower branches and popcorn buds, and am just letting them go. How likely is it that the stress from chopping and lessening light and colder weather will cause a few bananas to fertilize and maybe crossbreed a few of my strains? Any tips on helping the process?
