Yes, 3 made it, from the KQ. I kept a mom around for a bit , had to get rid of her when I moved. It was everything you've read about,Vic High was the breeder , I believe.

Lol. I have an antique bedroom set my dad bought me when I was a kid and we restored it. It had a desk type thing with huge mirror. One of the drawers came apart when I was in high school. I must have put seeds in there.

20 years later the drawer comes apart and out of the seam drops like seven or eight seeds.

I'm pretty sure its either from a red hair skunk or road kill skunk.

I'm going to pop them on my next run.

I like finding surprises.

Oh man that's awesome. Glad you had a chance to grow them out. Equally glad your still active here and replied!

Years ago I had struggled to find some KQ genetics. Ended up coming across the redux by Mosca seeds but never got a chance to crack them.
But recently I have come across some more, this time by brothers Grimm.

Doing a practice run or two before I throw them in though, I've more or less been waiting years for this haha.

Old school genetics are where its at, wish you luck with those.

On a side note, I believe I took interest in a very helpful thread about a stealth grow. Think it was yours, whitebb. If I didn't happen across a cheap tent on Kijiji I would have went down that path.
Was a super interest read nonetheless.

That would be my grow I think. In an oak wardrobe.

I like old genetics also. I don't care much for indica buzz. Everything nowadays has indica in it to shorten flower time.

The older guy I know had a bag of seeds in an old cedar box. I know the seeds to he at least 10 years old. He said some could be as old as 20-30 years old. I popped a few and found a really good skunky plant. Smells like a skunks but hole. I crossed it with a good male and going to play with the seeds and see what I get.

I should have cloned it or made s1 seeds from it.

Yes that's the thread, was a very good read. Really inspired me to do something similar, but plans changed. Although I'm still considering it for a mother / clone setup.

I'm also right with you on preferring the sativa buzz, although I've been raving about Killer Queen, I'll soon be doing Acapulco Gold from Barney's.
Right now I've got a single Original Amnesia and five Grimm Mix freebies I'm going to run through.
Just getting started but will dedicate a thread to it.

I have various brick seeds from fire Mexican weed I've gotten over the years.

I got one that I started seeding out every year and have kept. It throws nanners on the lower buds and I get to keep a few seeds off of it. Land race. It flowers about 16 weeks. Used to take longer but has shortened over time.

There are a few indicas I've liked late at night but I really don't care much for being stuck to the couch.

I added on to my oak wardrobe. I added a 2x2 with another t5 in it. I run a mini perpetual now. Constant supply. The plants are smaller but I have a constant rotation.

Oh man, that sounds like quite the nice little set up. You're a very innovative guy.

I'd love me a land race sativa, considered it but figures for my first run in years I'd better go with something a little faster. I'm just trying to dial things in. Not sure how my blurple light will do. Might have to swap it, but I like to learn the hard way.

Hope to see you pop in my thread once things are really rolling, would appreciate your advice.

Ill check the thread out.

Thanks. I had the wood laying around to build it. I hate paying for something I can make.

I agree with running faster strains. I run long flowering sativas outdoors.

Check out blimburn or female seeds c99 for a fast flowering sativa.

Oh my God.. That bud looks super tasty! The killer queen this thread originally revolved around is c99 x g13. One of my favourite strains.
