Fox Farm Nutrient Line

For anyone with some amateur Fox Farm nutrient questions, I'm not an expert but I just used the full line of Fox Farm nutrients and their solubles too. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to try to answer them. I have to say I'm very satisfied with how well they performed. This is only my 3rd grow and the first two grows I attempted I hadn't used Fox Farm nutes. These nutrients in hydro did extremely well for me. I have a very good sized yield with 8 fat healthy plants.

I just went with the standard feeding schedule for hydroponic grows from the Fox Farm website - http://foxfarmfertilizer.com/feedingfox.html - I didn't seem to have any problems just sticking to the schedule.

If it is turning yellow, just cut back on the nutrients a bit and it should be okay. Also make sure you are using the correct measurement. It's happened to me and I've seen others make the same mistake - they use the Tablespoon measurement instead of the Teaspoon measurement. That will cause over nuteing and probably some nute burn. Also make sure you are mixing your measured amounts in equal proportions = meaning make sure you are using the recommended amount of nutrients to a FULL gallon of clean water, and also make sure you are draining your reservoir as often as recommended by the manufacturer's of Fox Farm.

add a little bit of grow big, at the begining with the tiger, iots going yellow because it doesn't have enough N during the early switch, just add 1tsp of grow big per gallon

What do you think about the solubles? I picked up some Cha Ching the other day to add as my crop finishes up and wanted to see if it was worth the $$. I've been using FF GB and TB exclusively in my grow so far.

Cha-Ching, Beastie Bloomz and Open Sesame have done awesome things for me in the past, so I'll give their soluables a thumbs up. Fox Farm is the only way to go, IMO.

Now do you recommend using fox farm feeding schedule with the nutrients/solubles or cutting it in half? What about solubles like Cha Ching as a stand-alone vs. in conjunction with Tiger Bloom in the final weeks of flowering?

I personally always go with the full line listed on the feeding schedule, which includes both. I've used just Big Bloom, Grow Big, and Tiger Bloom before, and adding Cha Ching/etc certainly paid off, but I was also using Beastie Bloomz and Open Sesame, so I cant say for sure that just the Cha Ching made a difference.

If I was you, I would use the full amount listed on the feeding schedule, in conjunction with the Tiger Bloom and whatever else youre using, and then when youre about a week from picking them, just use Clearing Solution only. It will rid your plants of the nasty taste of nutes, and theyll build extra resin in expectation of dying.

Go team fox farm! if your going to use the FOX use all of the elements! dont use tiger bloom only and say it sucks use it all or leave it alone fox is tha shit from the dirt to light warrior i use it all!

I use all 3 solubles, but they're not too different in terms of NPK or ingredients. The guy at my hydro shop said they're all basically the same

i question the importance of big bloom. can somebody break down the importance of this. i feel like it s really mild and expensive. my latest run im not using it and everything is fine. i use grow big and tiger along with beastie and cha ching. i run a 50/50 light warrior/ocean forest mix.(they got nutes 2)

i've been flowering for about 2 weeks now and just picked up some fox farm big bloom, is it ok to use the grow big and big bloom together? and how much should i us? please help. thanks.

I don't use BB either, so I'm curious as well...

Seems like its more geared toward an organic grow and doesn't provide anything GB and TB don't.

I think it is simply a relatively weak organic liquid fertilizer. They claim, if you get the actual schedule from a hydro shop, that you should use a little with each feeding to help with nutritional uptake and some other stuff. It also has beneficials and enzymes........you get the picture. Here's a link.

well iv been using foxfarms grow big and it sucks balls, i've been using it for 2 weeks on my plants for veg and i havent noticed any difference at all my ph is 6.3 which i think is ok. but maybe that was because i never shook the bottle before using i just poured it straight onto the spoon and into the water iv used on vegtables and it worked heaps good but on marijuana i didnt notice any difference either that or its just stupid nirvanas seeds fuck nirvana they fucking suck!!!! nirvana has the most slowest growing plants ever slwo germination fuck them if i had bought some fucking good seeds from seedsman for example id have hgue bud by now iv been growing cheese for 4 months now only 2 feet tall fuck it
