Freezer Grow

id put your flour over the plants and close to them useing 2 40watt flour bulbs then get the highest watt Cfl's u can find like 45 watt and put them on the sides and whever u can put them to shine on the plant.then if u can get ahold of some mylar or even tin foil put that all over the walls in your grow setup on the reflective side
