Fungus Among Us?

If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll copy and paste and then upload the pics again. Sure could use your help as these rotting rings on my stalks look like it will eat through any minute and the plants will all just keel over and die. I'm sooo bummed!!

I'm growing, or trying to grow, in a Caddy which is hydro and aero. I have drips, a sprayer under the plants, a fogger and 2 10" air stones. My MH is so hot I have the Caddy doors open all the time with an oscillating fan on during the day and it runs around 24-30ish on humidity. My pH is around 5.5 to 6.0 and my TDS meter is broken but cleaned tank 2 wks ago and added new GH Flora 3 part nutes. Hope you recognize this and can help me with whatever I need to do before I lose the last 4 of my White Widow plants. Thanks so much!!!

Forgot the time frame. Paper towel technique from seeds but left 2 wks, 3 days in rock wool in clone chamber before realized I should move them to veg chamber. In veg chamber 6-1-7, but have done too much wrong, so they're very small except one. Well, for their age they're all small, one's just a bit bigger small, LOL.

Indoor grow (probably obvious but just in case), and water on constant drip as directed by builder of Caddy, Sunlight Sheds. Just changed over to GH Flora 3 parts about a week ago as nutes that came with Caddy were sitting 4 yrs and think that could have been a smidgen of all my probs.

Geez, did I blow it again??? Answered in your thread, not realizing I should have started my own....again. When will this newbie stuff stop happening to me??? When will I develop past the veg state.......and flower into a fine rollituper????? Soon I hope, for your guys' sanity as well as mine. If you want to separate this into a separate thread so I don't mess up your info, that would be just hunky dorey, but I'm sure you have more to do than follow me around and clean up after me. Would you know I'm actually quite computer sauvy and the time may have been a factor. Sorry moderators. I do need help with this fungus (I think) problem. My plants stalks are getting skinnier and skinnier where the dark circle surrounds them.
