Fungus Gnat Neem Oil question

Alright...have fungus gnats...got some neem oil...how do I go about using this since my issue is with something living around the roots...do I put some in the rez, or douse the plant in it? Can neem oil hurt my plant? As long as it won't kill my plant then I am fine with it...Just can't let this plant die. She is doing so well!!!! And all I am doing I am doing with one seed...my plan being to take clones and keep basically one plant going perpetually...So if anyone can tell me how to use this neem oil, and any other tips and such...

neem oil is a foliar spray for the leaves an top of the growing medium....uses h202 ..mix it in ur rez and feed ..its for the roots bugs them out...also use mosquito dips..it kills larve mix that in ur rez too

H2o2 didn't work for me (I hate using that shit anyhow it gives me asthma/panic attacks) I still have larval gnats in my rez and in my roots. I cant use neem (shit smells like burning peanuts) at this point, so I will order some gnatrol since I can use it up to the day of harvest supposedly.

Gnatrol worked very well for me but I grow in sunshine mix#4 mixed with some Just Right X-tra. Be careful with neem oil...I didn't dilute it right once and burned my whole veg room. Hard way is the best way to learn! lol
