G13 Labs Pineapple Express Smoke Report w/Photos

I got 1 seed of the "G-13 Labs Pineapple Express feminized" as a freebie with my order of "TAHOE OG" from The Attitude. I've got the Tahoe flowering and the PE vegging under 4x T5 lights along with various other freebies. Looking forward to growing and smoking this strain I've seen and heard so much about. In 4 or 5 weeks I'll be flowering using a Eye Hortilux 1000 watt super HPS along with a Connie Chung plant and a few World of Seeds Afghan Kush and Pakistan Kush Ryders I recieved for free also over the course of several orders. The PE seems like a very strong plant as far as genetics go and grows very fast, even in veg. Nothing much to show as far as pictures go yet...but when I get a few weeks into flowering I'll try to remember and post a few pics. I've been SCRoGing all my plants and have been getting really nice fat buds! I can't wait for my OG to finish flowering. According to my calender, it should be done flowering around the 15th of December. So, if I am lucky I will have it dry by Christmas in time to give some to Santa Claus!

I have grown this too. Closet grow, T-5 4' x 6 tubes, FF soil and nutes, 2 PE along with 3 Nirvana AK-48 fems. Great stuff, can't say enough about the quality of the high, nice head and good pain relief. Be warned though, although only 1 of my PE girls got perfumed the second one MORE than made up for it. VERY heavy overripe pineapple smell mixed with fresh-brewed dark-roast coffee. Drowned out the AK-48 smell. Definitely one of my favorites.

DOES IT GET SPINDELY LIKE TRAINWRECK?? DO THE BRANCHES FLOP ALL OVER THE PLACE?? i already notice that the stems on this strain are like rubber, where as my Grape Ape(another solid strain!) stems are rock hard and are impossible to bend without breaking.
I have one that has kind of skinnier leaves than most of the pics i find online. its VERY vigorous, and side branches heavily. its about a week into 12/12 and its starting to finally explode, it has about 13 tops with one getting most of the hormone and becoming the biggest top by a long shot. Mine is just about to start showing off its resin, i can see the areas where its forming, however i have NO smell at this point from it. you have to rub the stems and even then u get a sweet and spicey smell, not fruity. So far it really looks to be a promising plant with excellent spacing bewtween nodes. not too close, but just right for light penetration. u can easily see the TRAINWRECK in the strain. i just cant tell wiether its C99 x trainwreck or Afghan-Hawaiian x Trainwreck. I've even seen a clone someone had that said it was Pineapple Kush x Trainwreck. so im kinda confused. anyone know for sure??

anyone else have one that smelled like this? SPICEY AND SWEET, NOT FRUITY.

all of mine have ran very bushy, they love the nutes also. i usually let them run 62 to 65 days, with big beautiful buds with lots a trich's. OooOo and the best part they smell like a skunk shit in a pineapple LOL!

I also got a free fem seed from the Tude. So far, it looks great and grows very fast. It is a hybrid for sure and the fan leaves get huge. It has been in veg for a month and I will start to clone it in another month or so.

When I grew PE last year it blew me away!! The few friends that I shared it with went wild! The growth traits, the smell, the yield, and the high were outstanding! Im considering adding a pack to my collection for further grows. The one I grew was a freebie I recieved with a ghs white rhino order. The rhino SUCKED and the PE absolutely rocked. I have seen grows of PE where the plants were trained ( topped, lst, tying) and the yields were ridiculous. I grew one under a 250hps next to the rhino in 3 gallon pots.with a little lst I yielded 2.75 ozs!! The smell was simply wonderful!! I like the PE

I have grown GreenHouse PE 5 times now - 5 different mothers from 5 different seeds and although the high is great the taste is better BUT those airry buds - even under 1000 watts - don't give me the desire too grow it again, 9 plants vegged for 45 days in coco and all I get on average is 350 to 450 grams 2nd lowest yield ever - Durban Poison was worse

I grew the g13 auto version. It was covered in crystals like I have never seen before, it smelled and tasted like pineapple + butter cookies.

It was a very uplifting high and lasts for hours after only a few tokes, it is also energetic without being speedy. Definitely doesn't stone you and you remain pretty functional, if you smoke too much then that's a different story. Smoke just a little, it is good enough. Really good strain, it was fast to grow and cures fast.

I've been growing P-Ex for a few years now. I'm mostly a Sativa fan living in a Sativa/Hybrid world of smokers. But in my opinion, ya should always have a good, nicely cured, tasty, pretty, smelly Indica on hand. It's just proper etiquette. You never know who might show up, right?

So, this is my latest P-Ex. In a 7 gal smart pot. Soil is FFHF and various AACTs and my latest experiment in creative mulching: dried mint, sage, lavender and Calendula bits. Who knows, maybe it will do a little to ward off the bad beasties. At very least it's working as a mulch.

This one was a clone. In fact she was a very damaged clone, my last survivor after the spider mites built an entire suburb over my oxy-cloner. So, she spent a week fighting for survival, another 3 weeks of progressive recovery, but then, I had to let her veg for almost 4 months because she had fallen out of my schedule/rotation. That explains the 7 gal pot. She just kept on growing, so I kept giving her upgrades!!! She's a tough plant when it comes to temps, nutes and she even revived after a few seriously missed/late waterings. But the spider mites flock to her before any other.

Flipped to 12/12 schedule 20 days ago. A little crowded for the next 2 weeks with 10 plants under 2 x 400w HPS. in a 4' x 7' grow space. She's just starting to pop some pistils. And, the weird looking. twisty leaves are from an AC/Temp/Circulation problem that I'm' going to fix tomorrow. It's not that interesting.

She's the largest P-Ex I've grown so far. Fingers crossed!!!! Oh, and here are some pics of previous harvests. Good Luck to everyone with their Pineapples!!!!!
