Ya Dude.If you activate Turmeric. Its as good as regular painkillers.Have a read on the interweb.Look up Nigella Sativa Also.
That stuff is amazing-quite recreational too ,if you have the correct information.or inclination.

Great info. Yeah I'm a black pepper junkie so nothing goes down without it. Will check it out
In which case your turmeric may be active anyway.i dont think you need much black pepper.I have some chronic pain issues but i dont use painkillers ever.Nigella Sativa seeds or oil have a analgesic and anti-anxiety effect.Never take it with opiates.it potentiates the fuck out of natural and synthetic opes (.I didnt tell you that.)
I have been studying plant medicines for a long time.I dont do well on doctors pills. If theres a side effect,i get it x10.

Mate, thats Awesome.I never been, but did a few months in Thailand amongst other places.I would love to go to
Cambodia.I love Asian people and thier food etc.
Theres a small Ashram near Ankor Wot.Im keen to go learn more qigong/meditation.Also have a bit of a
Holiday.I havent really been anywhere since returning from New Zealand 6 years ago.
My bro-in law lives in Spain.I could go there anytime.Problem is,he gave up smoking pot.Now hes a serious
and somewhat boring person.
I read that in Cambodia the weed is very available.Theres some islands abit offshore.Very basic-just how i like it.
Cheers.

Cambodia is awesome. Been around most of the south there from phnom penh on down. Yes cannabis is a staple in their cooking there so its readily available. If I have to score anything here its usually cambodian stuff; pretty decent sativa as the vietnamese stuff kept around to sell is sometimes questionable. Is qigong a form of hot yoga? or totally different? Yeah I think the islands you are talking about are koh khong and south of there, heard it was a nice spot too.

Cool.I will pick your brain if i ever get out there.
Qigong is of Chinese origin. It comes in many forms.Exercise, healing massage.meditation.self defence.etc.
Actually,i think yoga needs to be done with a warm body ,so is better suited to the indian climate.
Sometimes called Taoist yoga, it is a method of opening the meridian pathways.
Accupunture is very close inasmuchas .Accupucturists use the meridian system and gates to manipulate
qi (bioelectricity)in the body. When qi get to an injury the recovery rate is greatly enhanced.
I have seen it work on myself.
Compared to yoga theres less floor work.Theres some peculiar twisting movements which get the qi moving.

I only use the "8 brocades".you will see various versions on youtube. My session is 20 minutes long.
I follow up with a session of tai chi (10 minutes)
I do this 2 times per day before noon.I used to do more but,,,It was making my labido go beserk.

I havent worked for two years cos of injuries.I put up with pain and reduced mobility untill last december.
Then i started meditation to control pain..A month later i started Qigong.
My wife trained as a Hatha Yoga teacher .I probably got inspired by her.But TBH.Qigong saved me.
I havent missed a session of exercise in 4 months.
I had a frozen shoulder which needed an operation.I declined the op.within a month of doing Qigong
I had full mobility in my shoulder. The doc said it take 3 years to heal if i rested it.

Maybe too much or too little information.Depends on your needs.
I have 5 injury points.Muscles were wasting fast.Since doing the exercises,my appetite increased.I put on
wieght and regained the lost muscles. The toning aspect is amazing.

Anyway, its one of those things- You only know it by doing it.
What exercise/martial arts are popular where u are?
