That's your difference bro, it's the added coco and perlite. Perlite is innert where coco alters the cation exchange capacity so can alter the nutrient chemistry. Mixing organics and synthetics with coco, perlite and soil can cause many issues. It looks and sounds to me like the organics are just starting to break down but they are fighting with the synthetics and causing the salt build up when the soil dries out on a hot day. I learnt this the hard way a while ago during the heat using coco and perlite, once they get dry, the salts build up and drop the pH which in turn alters the cation exchange capacity, causing calcium to lock out. Sorry bro, not trying to lecture, just trying to save you going through the same shit i went through. Temperature and moisture are the two main things that alter chemical compounds, you had major changes in both over short periods of time so my well educated guess is that's what's going on. Lots of freshwater will fix it :)
Maybe even flush with a real slight nutrient mix ( like 1/8th strength ) i found it worked better than straight water ,but that was just my experience

its all good info man & i appreciate it, funny thing is i use the exact same fertilizer regime when i grow in pots using 4 parts coco, 2 parts compost, 3 parts perlite with no bad issues at all? its a slightly different mix from my inground efforts? it maybe just the heatwave thats stressed everything to that level of malfunction...then again...it can all flush out the bottom of the pots...but in holes in the ground it cant flush!

I reckon you've done a great job keeping the plants looking as good as they do in those type of conditions

thanks man, im lucky they are under some short tress which offers some protection, im amazed at those IHG Timeless Montage seedlings hardly being affected by that heat, most everything else died to an extent, but they are hardy plants!

They must be hardy as fuck,I'm having the opposite problem at the moment been raining since Sunday and it's supposed to keep going till the weekend. Checked them this arvo and the vortex had split down the middle so it got staked back up with some gaffer tape as a bandage lol

Yeah man, you've done a damn good job keeping them alive. I can 100% guarantee it's because of the heat! They'll bouce back just don't overdo the ferts until they green up again. You'd be surprised how hot manure and composts can be too, humics and high N can increase temps even further.

you can get this tar spray in most hardware shops, works great at sealing up plant wounds to stop infections

thanks very much for advice offered, it all helps, im not so learned on technical issues with them & only monitor water ph in general, but always happy to learn more!

that rain is a headache when they are budded, always a toss of the coin when to pull them in case of mold, hope they resist it!

Looks like those ladies are loving the shade.8) Plus I like the stealth.:o:o:o
thanks bro, yes its very harsh the sun here so the ones in the shade have done better, only a few planes per year flyover here being a remote area, so its no issue, but yeah i got the green shade cloth around the fence line to shield from shitty neighbors eyes too, ever done any outdoors? or a total indoor scene for you?

its another world growing outdoors with its own set of issues. the cacao pheno Cannaventure Raspberry Kush is the pure cacao chocolate smelling type(as my badly corrupted nasal powers find)aside from the purp pheno, the cacao have a much heavier yield too, the cacao pheno is probably the best from last seasons pollen chuck, very solid dense & resinous buds...great bag appeal...dank dank dank!, smokes up a hoot with a very smooth exhale, easy trim, pretty quick to finish, very high female to male ratio(approx 85%), the Jackpot Royale is all there too but a pain with a high leaf to calyx ratio
