After some further research and some ..hmmm..." tests " ...

I'm close enough now ....


"System" now has changed into this ...

Still system has 3 gd sds boxes ...

But now one is vegetative growth dedicated / blue -green -yellow enhanced white light .....
Having 3 mcpcbs ,each having 4x LCW CQ7P.CC 4000K Neutral whites
and 8 x LCW CR7P.EC 3000K warm whites _with 100% rel.power peak at "amber region" ~610nm .

The other two boxes ,will remain as is ,more flowering/fruiting dedicated .....
More amber-red-deep red-far red ,in their "white" light ....

All boxes will be operating through out the whole grow cycle ...
Just in vegging ,the two flowering ones will be dimmed ...
While in flowering ,the one with the "growth" light,will be dimmed ...

Multi panel ,dimming ,multi spectral ,top end quality parts ....

Still white light ,as always ....

More soon enough ...

As for what I have in mind regarding dimming /timming ...

( 2xF = 2x flowering boxes - 1xV = 1x vegging box )


Vegetative growth :

Week 1 : 2xF at ~150mA ---- 1xV at ~350mA - 24/0
Week 2 : 2xF at ~200mA ---- 1xV at ~500mA -20/4
Week 3: 2xF at ~250mA ---- 1xV at ~700mA - 20/4
Week 4 : 2xF at ~300mA ---- 1xV at ~700mA -18/6

Flowering :
Week 1 : 2xF at ~350mA ---- 1xV at ~700mA -13/11
Week 2 : 2xF at ~350mA ---- 1xV at ~700mA -12.30/11.30
Week 3 : 2xF at ~500mA ---- 1xV at ~700mA -12/12
Week 4 to 8 : 2xF at ~700mA ---- 1xV at ~500mA -12/12
Week 9 : 2xF at ~700mA ---- 1xV at ~350mA -12/12
Week 10 : 2xF at ~700mA ---- 1xV at ~150mA -11.30/12.30

( if ...Week 11 : 2xF at ~500mA ---- 1xV at ~150mA - 11/13 )


Light starts from long periods under "blue/green/yellow" enhanced white light ,to
promote leaf ,node,lateral root & branch production ,gradually shifting to shorter periods
of more PS yielding/activating , "warmer "white light
.
Hopefully that will trigger and /or aid "massive " flowering ...

Yes ,it is a quite "sun-mimicking " led grow system .....
( UV radiation is missing ,along with the radiated heat ... )

Analog ....

All these have to be adjusted manually by the user ....
Good thing is ,that an analog system works without the need of a computer/laptop/palmtop/etc ..

A different side ....
Neither better or worse ,from a digitally controlled led system ....
..

Spectrum of average bins of chosen leds .....


Veg box will have 3x4=12 Neutral whites 4000K color Champs ..

Flowering boxes(x2 ) have 3x4=12 hyper reds and
24 Warm whites 2700K Color Champs,each ...

Datum:

-Grey areas are wavelengths with a rel .power of over 80% ...
(!!! Eh..Hmm...does not apply for the shaded far reds !!! )

-Green areas is the "normalising " figures .....

Spectrums of blue die and phorphors are not normalised here ...
What for the blue chip at 410 nm is i.e . 100% Rel power ( 1.00 ),for the phosphor
at the same wl is i.e 0.339 ( ~34 % ) ....
So ,they need normalisation ...
Every figure of rel. power at blue die ,has to be multiplied with 0.339 (for the example ) ,so for the two
spectral graphs/charts to mix/combine in accurate relation with each other ...

sorry I can only add to your thread with a question.... but

are you looking at almost 80w full pelt?

2 or 3 sg ft canopy?

Everything at max setting (fans & leds ) and all included (108 x leds, 6 x fans,9 x bucks,1 x psu ,7.5 meters_ 3 x 2.5 m_ cable losses ) ,
are about ~300 Watt at plug ...

System of three boxes ,covers 1 square meter of canopy* , with all 3 boxes having approx ~65 cm distance , above the canopy ..

*Veg box at middle and a flowering box at each side ..
Slightly angled inwards ,both of them ...
In such way that all three light cone's bases ( from the 3 boxes) ,overlap into one common ....

amazing workmanship
especially like the "clean" etches.... my first attempt at etching was a little embarrassing...... :)
what are the dimensions of ferite board are you squeezing 12 led's on to?

Tested ....
No short circuits,no "bridges" ,all leds light up ,copper pour is out of circuit ,as less tilling as possible .....
Check !

P5066524.JPG..Pcb is reheated up to 170°C ,for the lacquer to bind and form a hard ,glossy surface ....
(Polymer from lacquer melts and "spreads" ...It';s molecules bind into a solid polymer surface ...)
