Gendering issues HELP!

How long into the flowering cycle do you have to seperate male from female?

the moment you know its male you should sepperate them, or just kill the males if your not into breeding.....really though you want them out before the pollen sacks open up...it gets real obvious what sex a plant is at about 8 days flowering. but they are safe with the girls for a couple weeks anyway, but i get rid of my males right away....now i only buy femenized seeds

about 5 weeks into flowering.

ok cool there only a few days in...just noticed some differences between some obvious females. Ill give it a week...
