General Hydroponics GO BOX Feeding Schedule help??

So I just posted this in Organics and realized I should have maybe put it here. I have a BCNL Roomate 4 plant site. I wanted to go totally organic as opposed to using their Advanced Nutrients silver package they sent me. Wondering if anyone on here has any advice, numbers or can help using the GO box doing the feeding schedule?

Start at quarter strength and work your way up. I never go more then the light feeding schedule in veg and bloom. Less is more.
