I just checked the seeds I was germinating and I left them in a moist towel for over a week and forgot about them. When I checked them today I noticed the roots grew 2 or more inches can I still plant them?

About how long are the roots? Anything larger that 1.5" typically the seed won't root well. Worst case scenario is get some rockwool or soil, through them in and pray they find their way . Good luck mate

alright man go get some rock wool from a hardware shop and open it up and GENTLY place the root inside of it. Then plant the rock wool into soil or another medium make sure if the seed is still on the coldyons (leaves and you can not see them. That you bury the rock woll deep enough so ther eis a little soil over top. Good Luck
