Germinating Seeds

Ok so i started to germinate my seeds. are they supposed to be a lil bit squishy and it also looks like there is mold on them, like something fuzzy. is that supposed to happen. ill take all the help i can get. THX!

im guessing you got them from a bag you had...no there not suppose to be squishy look for the dark hard round ones like this...

rinse the mold off under warm water

will washing them in warm water help? i think ill just try again, but in a different way, i've been told to put them in a dark place.
