I put the rooted seeds in the soil after they sprouted and directly into the light, it worked fine.
MY question is, if I would of kept them in the darkness until they sprouted would it of mattered?????
If your using CFLs then it's better to leave it on because the seedling will have light as soon as possible and will reduce the chances of streching. If it's HID then you run the risk of drying out the soil and killin the seedling.
