germination temp

hi,
I am tryin to germinate some ww and nl but it seems to be takin too long, they have been busy for 4 days and i only see very slow progress. They are in a little bottle folded in tissue paper and i keep them in a dark place. I am wondering whether it is the temperature that is slowing the process down, any opinions?

Could be? I find around 23 degrees C to be about the optimal temp.

In the past iv also found the wet tissue germing method to be a bit hit n miss, i just put my seeds into jiffy pellets straight out the pack, then into a propagator and into a dark cupboard and try to keep the temp as close to 23 as possible, i typically get 100% sprout rate within a few days doing it this way.
