Getting an Auto to seed?

I have a fem auto berry from Dutch passion and was wondering if there is any way to get it to seed. I have heard stressing it will help but i was wondering if there was any other way. I dont care if the seeds are fem or not. Any suggestions?

I guess the more pure the better. When it comes to making chemicals I'm more of a "buy it already made" type of person. I've seen links to a few threads on RIU about how to make it, but I've never really researched that.
