Gluten free

I`m a poor bastard that can not eat gluten

So I make my stuff gluten free

So far I only have a recipe and method for chocolate canna brownies but in time I`ll get round to cookies and cakes

I normally just supplement the flour for "doves farm gluten free flour" and add a bit of extra oil or eggs and xanthan gum

Would be nice to hear from other gluten free stoner bakers
