Watch your SINK drains for the little fuckers. Put some bleach in a spray bottle and spray your sink drains really well. That's where mine were coming from. Little fux.

You can also put sand as the top layer of your pots. Gnats normally live and breed in the top of your soil. Buy a bag of sand and put about 1/2 inch of it as yor top layer.

No pest strips are also good. Between both of them you should be able to control it. I also spray ortho around the outside of my grow cab.

Sand is the best method. Sand is so heavy that it breaks their reproductive cycle - they can't lay eggs in it and any larvae that do hatch can't get out because the sand is too heavy.

Or alternatively, you can move to hydroponics - I haven't had a gnat problem ever with that.

You can also bomb your house with a fogger and then do it again in about 10 days.
