Right,, my line up is Bc depot's Godbud , Barney's farm's Vanilla Kush and Pineapple Chunk,, Greenhouse Seeds Lemon skunk , and cream caramel from an unknown seed bank.
All will be grown in 25litre Dwc buckets under a single 400w hps and in a 120x120x200 tent.
Nutrients are Advanced Nutrients Sense grow/bloom with Mother Earth grow/bloom.
Great white powder (root booster)
Liquid silicone
I started the godbud,vanilla Kush and pineapple chunk roughly 3 weeks ago , lemon skunk was about 2.5 wks ago and the cream caramel sprouted up from the rockwool cube 2days ago.
I was planning on flowering all these beans at the same time but I experienced complications at the start when the first cream caramel decided to decapitate itself (had to order another bean) and the lemon skunk got slightly burnt. (My bad)
Because the lemon and the caramel are quite a bit behind the rest I'm gona flower the bigger plants in the next week and will flower the others in a fortnight to 3wks. I will remove the smaller plants and continue to veg them under a 300w Cfl so I can switch to 12/12 in the big tent.
Today is roughly day 21 of 18/6 and I'm really happy with the progress so far. The growth is always super quick in Dwc and there starting to fill out nicely now they have there roots in the water.
Advance Nutrients advise to start seedlings on quarter strength nutes (1ml per litre) but dont!!! That Ec is way too much for a seedling imho ,, it burnt my lemon quite badly and it's only now starting to grow again. Quarter strength I worked out to be an Ec of 1.10 with my tap water being between 0.3 - 0.4
I subsequently had to reduce the Ec to 0.7 where it's stayed for the last 10days.
The caramel is ONLY getting ph'd tap water (5.
so I don't make the same mistake, I don't want or need another set back so tap water for another week then I will lightly feed her at a quarter of a ml per litre so my Ec is 0.6-0.7ish (will confirm this and let you know nearer the time)
Godbud and vanilla Kush are at Ec 0.9
Pineapple Chunk is on an Ec 1.2 , was raised from 1.0 as the Ec dropped a fair bit over the last few days so she needed a little more.
