how difficult is it to diy a 400-600w system..
I built mine with little to no knowledge about it. I'm sure mine could look a little more professional and maybe one day I'll take it apart and run the wires better but overall it was pretty straight forward. I have 3 drivers and 9 cobs.

The LED section under indoor growing has a bunch of info. Also look at www.ledgardener.com for build guides.
Another of the benefits of building your fixture is that it allowed me to design it to fit MY space. So, think about your layout and then use the components to give you the best coverage,

found a thread a while back, seems like they went MIA....

their stuff seemed promising at a decent price

these look like an import from alibaba i think they are using a cheap driver . i will try to find it again

The price of those lights is what you'd be paying from a US seller and manufactuer. Don't buy anything from alibaba if you aren't saving a considerable amount of money over other options. They aren't reputable, shipping will take ages, and it's just not the best idea IMVHO.

They do at least use meanwell drivers, tho they're LPC series which I cant find the models they actually use in the power ranges.

Save a headache and check some sites like HLG, Timber, Pacific light concepts, etc.
