goldstar got it's name because when we filed the action, we got our paperwork certified with a "gold star"
it's an action that John Turmel developed and over 300 people filed along with him as he made it very easy and accessible. there were 20 torts but it was dismissed because the 4 torts in Allards were thought to have covered all 20 from the Goldstars...as John T says HAR HAR HAR

I suspect he couldn't make a success of himself in life and now does this as compensation for his pathetic looser existence. Or could be driven by the fact that he is unloved or has no friends. The BM won't sell to him and I see why...he's couldn't buy a friend imo. I see why he's so bitter...he's stuck with one source...must be actually a pain in the ass for him.

Seems his ability to get along with anyone is non existent. Some stupid isn't fixable. The goat say's he looses every argument anyway so why waste time on him...he lost long ago.
