It's never stoped me. I've had a couple run in with the law in my youth. Those records are sealed. Young, dumb, and full of cum.....shit happens eh?

The Act is flawed....just like most Acts put forth by government....nothing new here.
It will be important that medical patients don't get lumped into rec users....Hang on to your papers people(mmar) it may save your ass one day.

Like the Tabacco Act....I watched a cop directing traffic yesterday...with kids standing on the sidewalk 10' away
outside their high school....all smoking ciggy's and not one of them 19...

Your cool with your kids smoking pot in school? What about dealing?
Since I did both I would be a hypocrite if I said it bothered me. I must have caught a break because my child chose to do neither, which I am fine with also. I decided to raise her the same way I was raised. My parents gave me free reign to do what ever I choose, but I had to accept the consequences. They let me grow up.

I'm not cool with that. kids don't need to get high, it's not in their best interest.
That is really a judgement call. Cell phones, big TV's, fancy cars, alcohol, etc... The list of things we do not need is actually non-exhaustive. I am not doubting that cannabis is not in the best interest of many youth, but an argument could be made where it many cases it could be. I prefer to let youth grow up and make their own choices, with valid information and guidance to the truth.

So if my child wanted to know which is worse, alcohol, cigarettes or cannabis, I am not going to lie to them. You do not have to be an adult to benefit from medicine, and cannabis can be medicine. Adult supervision recommended.

Until the government starts looking at actual substances that harm youth like energy drinks, GMO's, pharma crap from Ritaline to anxiety meds.... there smoke and mirrors of Saving the children and taking the profits out of the hands of organized crime bs needs to stop.. hell the largest organized crime in Canada is the federal gov followed by there henchmen the RCMP.... they have a racket on alcohol cigarettes and now cannabis and if you try and open a dispensary or cut into there business they will smash your business steal all your product and lock your ass up... all so you don't cut into the mafia sorry government cronies monopolys bottom $$$
