if I got a cfl closet grow , with a good organic soil mix ,would aact , with castings and mollass, with a kelp foliage spray , and just water be suffice , to do a full grow ? Obv taking light timing and those things into consideration , would I need any other nutes? Wana keep things as simple as I can to avoid nute issues

by good organic soil mix, do you mean a store bought one or something you made yourself? and the 2nd part to that is, what is in this good organic soil mix?

in low light (low wattage) gardens, a light mix may be enough to get through from start to finish with water only as the plant will not require nutrition as quickly as it would with say a 600 watt HPS. the larger the plant, the more nutrition it requires, and some of those bag soils just dont have the juice to feed big plants over long periods of time with no deficiencies.

there will be no nute issues if you indeed have a good organic mix with good microbe populations and proper soil pH. nutrients are slow release, ideally, with water only mixes.

AACT is not a means of feeding your plants, its a way of boosting microbe populations (which in turn break down stuff to feed your plants, but if you dont have much to be broken down, your plants will starve after the organic matter has been consumed).

Most guys have problems because they give to much nutrient, regardless of what it might be. You have it right. Just get a decent organic soil mix and don't worry about anything else except water. If you want, buy a simple 'grow' and 'bloom' (2 bottles) nutrient system and add a 1/4 or 1/2 recommended dose into your water. Doesn't matter what brand it's basically all the same. It's as simple as throwing a cap full of nutrients into your water, you don't even need to do this each watering. You can do it every other watering.
95% of the problems you see guys have is because they fuss around too much and feel the need to play doctor. Just water your plant when it needs it and leave the plant alone. Make sure you put a yellow sticky paper laying on your soil to catch any gnats that may come up out of the soil and keep airflow on your plant and soil.

Maybe or maybe not...If you want to avoid using nutes there's a few ways to do it. First use a clean water source; non chlorinated water works best with living soil grows in my experience. If you are starting out with a virgin mix you can try layering in a dry fertilizer like chicken manure or 5-5-5 happy frog. Layering your containers like an organic lasagna works well if you do it right. It is better to leave some room in your containers for roots to find what you left for them; tiny pots will need soluble nutrients at some point.
Teas are very good for maintaining an active soil mix but may not provide much in the way of NPK inputs. Giving something like a liquid fish fertilizer helps when they need a boost. Neptunes harvest with kelp is my favorite but there's a ton of brands out there that work a similar way.
Organic soil gets better with age. Recycling used soil by adding various amendments, compost, and giving time to cook can make it even richer than before. Learn about how to recycle soil and aquire whatever amendments and compost you need in the meantime. Having a worm bin will up your organic game to baller status.
