Gorilla seedbank review

109457 is my order number. 2 of the 3 are not there. I really just want to know if I can wait fir the gdp to come in. I am willing to wait add long as needed as long I can get what I ordered. Sherry you the only reason I would ever consider this place again.

Also I placed 2 separate orders both with gdp and one they receive the cash is when u find out they don't have your seeds. Not very good customer service if your selling a product you don't even have. So pissed I wasted my time and money with this site.
GDP is an exceptional situation.

Our supplier let us know they had them, we marked them in stock, we got a very few in & it was sold out within 24 hours - both on our site & at our supplier.

We hope to have more within a few weeks, but no one can promise us anything.

The only other time I saw this happen was when Cali Connection released their Girl Scout Cookies.

There was a 2-year pent up demand for GDP - it will continue to be hard to get even when stock is flowing again.

Ken's gear is awesome - I've ran some myself in the past - but his supply is far from reliable.

Again, if you want to give me your order number in the PM system, I'll be happy to see what we can work out for you.

Hi Matt,

It's not that we don't care about the customers, it's that we can't reserve stock until your payment is received.

The fact that credit card companies will not openly work with cannabis companies forcing us to require alternative payment methods only makes the problem worse as stock levels drop during that delay.

Most of the time, we can overnight in more stock from our suppliers, but as more American breeders enter the market, we're finding that they don't have the most reliable sources of inventory.

If you'd like to PM me your order number, I'll see what we can do to turn you into a more satisfied customer.

Also, I've noticed that a lot of people are joining Rollitup to post on this thread. I have no problem with that - I'm glad that you found me so that I can help you with any problem, but I would like to make a few comments.

1. We are not a rollitup sponsor - although we do sponsor 4 other forums. If you post here, I'll try to get to you as quickly as possible, but I don't have help monitoring this site so there could be delays in getting to you.
2. Please don't disappear from the site after your problem is taken care of. These communities are truly amazing & you should stick around & become a contributing member.

Sherry, you seem to be catching a lot of shit on here. People are always very vocal when something bad happens, but aren't as willing to write a good review when they are taken care of. IMO you have handled this extremely well. Whatever Gorilla Seed Bank is paying you they should double it. :-)

I completely understand both sides of this issue. It would suck to order seeds and then find out that they are out of stock once the payment gets to you. On the other hand I appreciate from a business standpoint that you can't be reserving seeds for someone that may or may not even send the payment in. Tough situation.

But, because you've been so professional and accommodating with disgruntled customers I will give you guys my business in the future. Well done Sherry

I can't say we're perfect, but we do try to make up for our shortcomings.
And, they are working on trying to fix the problems that we have - it's just going much slower than I would like.

I'd also like to add that if anyone would like me to verify stock levels before you order, we can do that.

However, PMs would be best - Since we're not a site sponsor, I'm very careful to only handle problems rather than promote our site.
 
I just wanted to say that Sherry had handled my situation in a very timely and professional manner. Can't thank you enough for all your excellent help and service. I also second that your pay should be doubled. Thanks again and go gorilla.
 
Sherry and all ......I wanted to follow up and let you know that yesterday I received replacements for the crushed seeds I received last month! They even threw some extras in. I also noticed that Gorilla displayed their phone number correctly for people who might not be familiar with calling overseas. Now THAT is customer service! Much appreciated, I wont hesitate to use Gorilla again. Sherry I cant thank you enough!

I'd like to update this thread, It's been a long time since I started this, but Gorilla Seed Bank stood by their word and after finding this thread after a couple months...and then me finding their reply after another month or so, I finally contacted them. After speaking with Gorilla, they sent me the free seeds I was originally entitled too plus a lot more.

After I contacted Gorilla I received 2 shipments, not sure if that was intentional, one contained 2 blue treacle autos and 6 super cheese fem. The other package included 10 trainwreck fem. Thank you very much for keeping up your end of the bargain and taking care of me Gorilla. I assure you I won't hesitate to business in the future.

I had issues with Gorilla when GDP dropped. Sherry swooped in like a superhero and made things right. Will definitely use them in the future.

i made a £75 order 10 days ago.. money has been taken out of my bank but still haven't received my order! expected delivery time was 1-3 days. My email hasn't been replied to. The website also claims worldwide shipping but in the past they would not deliver to me in greece. This is my first order, i was about to spend £500 I'm very glad i didn't.

Without it, I'll never be able to find your order or your emails - I'm not part of regular customer service so I won't see the emails you sent without something to search on.

As far as worldwide shipping, we started off with every country on the globe.
However, when we start losing more shipments than make it through customs, we'll take individual countries off our list for a period of time.
If things cool down, we'll put them back up - if not, we can't.
I know it's disappointing to not be able to get seeds to a specific country, but it does no one any good for us to keep sending seeds over & over only for them to get seized & have the customer worry about whether or not it's going to cause future issues.

Hello question for gorilla bank do you know when will you be restocking GDP candyland,gdp purps, they've been out for quite some time an will you be carrying tga gear. I read a post you wrote some time ago on kens gear saying he has awesome gear but not reliable can you explain. please i would like the heads up before investing my time an energy. Thanks again

I won't know when more of Ken's gear will be in until it gets there, and supplies are unreliable.
When they're sold out, which happens quickly, no one knows when it will be back in.
But, that's not just Ken - most of the other American breeders are like that too. If they get really popular, they just can't keep up with the demand.

And, as far as I know, Candyland wasn't in this year's releases, but they could always surprise me.

I have TGA on my shortlist to add, but I'm working on all the new high CBD strains at the moment.
We'll get them up as quick as we can - we get lots of requests for them.

I hope this can be sorted i am interested in making a much larger order if this one comes through and would like to continue if deliveries can be made to Kos island Greece. I am only in uk for a few weeks so its important for me to be able to rely on the quick delivery times as stated on the website.

The only thing I can think of is that you ordered a Serious Seeds product. I love that breeder & don't know why we don't sell more of them. I have their AK-47 at the top of my own personal list. However, that's one that we order in fresh when people order. I'm going to guess that's the reason for the delay, but I'll leave a message with the appropriate person so they can respond when they come into the office tomorrow morning.

In the meantime, that's a really long time for you to wait considering you're in the UK. I'm going to get my comp guy to email you using the address on your order so that we can get you some additional free items to make up for the delay.

I'll also ask them about the status on Greece - I have no idea about that specific country because no one's asked me before.

Gorilla seeds if you are reading please can you reply to my query. I placed a small order 7 days ago and I have not received my order or any confirmation my order has been dispatched. I would not normally be concerned as it's only a week but you website states order are dispatched "almost always within a day or two". Obviously this is not the case with my order. I have sent 2 emails to the email address listed on your website and have only received automated replies, but nothing answering my query. For your reference my order number is 116297. The reason I have only placed a small order is check the quality of your products and service and so far I am not impressed. I placed 4 small orders at the same time from different seed banks and I have received all my other orders and you are the only UK based company.

Chris, I apologize & have no excuse for why your order wasn't shipped unless there's an out of stock issue that I'm not aware of.

And, even then, someone should have contacted you.

I'll get you a more specific answer & I'll hook you up with my comp guy to get you a complimentary pack of seeds to make up for us dropping the ball.

I know this won't make you feel better, but I've been pushing for them to put a process in place that redflags orders like this - ones that have been paid but not shipped within 24 hours of payment processing. They've finally agreed to add it to the system thanks to me being able to point out examples like yours.
