    Haven't had the best interaction with gorilla seedbank. Ordered the stealth packaging, was caught up for over a month, still says "processed through facility" but no further shipping information after that. I immediately asked for a refund. They responded with no refund will reship and the same thing happened. ordered these seeds earlier this year (first package May, reship in July) and I have yet to receive anything on my end. Total loss i suppose, what is the point of paying extra for stealth packaging if it is not so stealth...

    I hope it comes through but I guess I shouldn't hold my breath.

    You can give PM your order number to me & I can make sure they've done everything possible for you.

    Stealth helps pay for your reship, so it's more than just extra packaging.
    Depending on where you live, it's really hard to get anything through no matter how they're packaged - especially if they have to flow through Chicago.

    We're always working for ways to improve Chicago.
    If it fails this time, PM me your order number & I may be able to get you on a shipment for testing things out.

    They look for people with at least one seizure there, but I have no idea who they choose to work with.

    When I click to have something shipped to the US it automatically reloads the page and puts the shipping location back to the UK. Is there something going on that there is no shipping to the US right now?

    Not that I know of. We've had to cut off credit card payments to the US, but as far as I know we're still shipping there.

    I'll ask & let you know.

    I placed a test order & didn't have any problem - it automatically detected I was in the US.
    Do you have anything about auto detection turned off?
    Maybe if you do, it defaults back to the United Kingdom.

    Can you let me know as well as what browser & browser version you're using?

    Got my package. I'm a happy camper. Besides Chicago customs holding things up for awhile, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I was looking forward to the lsd-25 auto my order said I was getting, but I got the original lsd instead. It was a freebie so I can't complain. I would definitely order from Gorilla again, but next time I'll make sure to order ahead a few weeks in advance lol

    Lol I hope I get both my auto lsd I wanna do a big auto grow. My seed will make it to me eventually I hate how postal services are now.

    Gorilla seed bank is just Top Notch with great deals.
    after my first order and the misunderstanding with it i made another order that i received a week ago loaded with freebies curtesy of Bitcoin. everyone should use bitcoin for seed shopping, its safe and its great.

    I found their website not too long ago, and really liked the way they presented themselves. I started wondering about their service and found this website with this forum, kind of embarrassed to say but I read every last post and all I can say is wow. You people can be so quick to jump down a company's throat because your seeds didn't pop or they got crushed in shipping or it took a little too long, chill people. I love made a $200 dollar order here in Canada, took me 9 months to receive it, after a couple emails and phone calls just being nice they more than doubled the order for me and shipped it out express. You catch more flies with honey right?

    Long story short as soon as I save up for my shopping bag I have picked out I will not hesitate in ordering because I know that these two will have my back if something's wrong.

    PS it's really funny watching the people flip out and call them scammers, then they just swoop in like seedbank super heros and the person next post is nothing but praise for them.

    G'day from Melbourne! Gorilla seed bank lol what a joke! Anyone from AUSTRALIA stay away bad costumer service, basically reply with pre written quotes, I'm down $200 Gorilla up $200, my package didn't come not my fault not there's but they said wait the 25 working days we will help you immediately, waited like a mug to get a reply saying cheers for the cash can't help you basically. I warned you. Cheers

    I'm sorry you're not happy with the service you received. Australian customs is notoriously tough to circumvent.

    If you'd like to PM me your order number and any ticket numbers, I'll be happy to take a closer look at what happened.
    If you purchased our stealth guarantee, you're entitled to 1 free reship if your seeds don't show delivered to the address tied to your order.
    Before you completed your order, you should have had to agree to those terms.

    If you did pay for stealth, and you're due a reship, I'll make sure it happens.

    By the way, thanks for joining Rollitup today. I hope you're not just joining to complain, although that's OK too.
    Hopefully, you'll stick around and become a part of this amazing community. I've made some friends here & really enjoy the site.

    After getting my order delayed #165095 due to Sour Kush not being in stock, I finally receive my DVD stealth package that was crush in the mail. I order from two different seed banks. BC Bud depot and Gorilla seeds. I receive my order from BC bud immediately and out of 20 seeds, 18 out of 20 germinated. I was extremely disappointed with the germination results on Gorilla. I order 10 regular Marionberry kush seeds and only 3 out of 10 germinated. I am hoping that I have at least one female so that this entire order wasn't a complete waste of time and money. I receive 6 feminize Sour Kush and "ZERO" of them germinated. I received a few freebies and auto flowers and only 1 free seed germinated "Bud Bud Bling Tingz." I don't think I will be using Gorilla again. Comparing results in germination to the other seed bank I used, Gorilla has been quite a let down for my first time experience with them.

    Hi Zionl76, I'm sorry you didn't have a better experience with our products.

    If you'd like me to look into anything, you'll need to PM me your order number, but I'll make a few comments anyway.

    1. I don't know where you're located, but I believe BC Bud Depot is located in Canada, so if you received them immediately, I'm going to assume you're also in Canada? Our packages have to go through customs once they leave the UK, so that is going to take awhile longer. Canadian shipments going to the US also have to go through customs, but they may be expedited due to the trade agreement. I really don't know, but that could account for any time difference.

    2. I'm sorry the packaging was crushed in the mail. However, it sounds like you didn't see any damage to the seeds. By the way, disclosing packaging messages is always received with enthusiasm on the forums.

    3. We are resellers, as you probably figured out when you had to wait for us to restock the Sour Kush. That's because we keep our stock levels low to try to ensure our customers get the freshest seeds possible.

    4. We can not guarantee germination without breaking UK law. That disclaimer is all over our website and in the terms & conditions that you have to agree to before your order can be completed, and it's all over the forums. We will replace damaged seeds when the damage is reported in a timely manner and the customer provides proof, usually in the form of pictures.

    Again, I'm very sorry, and I hope the ones that worked for you more than make up for the loss.

    On another note, I see that you joined Rollitup today. I'd like to mention this is an amazing and helpful forum filled with the nicest people. Please stick around and become a part of the community. I think you'll enjoy it here.

    Incredible bulk from gorrilaseeds.com.
    Arrived as it should. Germinated in less than a day.
