    :cool: customer service 2nd to none with seedbanks,thats Gorrilla and lets face it, bloody jammy what does make it through border patrol, we expect the best, at the cheapest and we want it yesterday, Gorrilla has been the most approachable, efficient and easy to pay bank I have had the pleasure of dealing with, fresh bananas all round,:hump: catered to my wishes,:P freebies:lol: and more freebie:os for bitcin, and as I enquired about old school outdoor skunks:D, the helpful gorilla said, "have a free swiss :clap::clap::clap::clap:cheese"....well my bloody oath I will:hug: xxx, more fresh bananas for Gorrilla:clap::clap::clap:, as for you moaning fucktards:wall:, go superstealth....mine are on the way:sleep::sleep::sleep: , im confident of that , bongsmiliesouthern hemisphere even :blsmoke:and if customs score round 1:cuss:, Gorrillas got my back:weed:

    I have only used herbies and mephistos seedbanks and never had a problem I never use gorilla but they shouldn't need to have someone on these sites taken care of problems with orders it should be done on email and if they didn't ha e so many issues they wouldn't have to but I'd like to try gorilla but not sure with all the problems well good luck everyone with your grows

    I completely agree with you - all these problems should be worked out using email with our regular customer service department, but as long as people open public threads, I'll have to answer them. I'm supposed to be here to promote the brand.

    I do it for a few reasons:
    • some customers go straight to public forums instead of contacting customer service
    • sometimes, our customer service people make mistakes, and this gives members of sponsored forums a second pair of eyes if that happens
    • some people will be less than honest on public forums when they can't get the answer they want from our customer service department
    Usually, the last scenario will include saying that we don't respond to emails (most of the time, I can see where they were not only given an answer, but where they replied back & forth several times). that we won't guarantee germination (no UK seed bank does due to the UK laws) or that we won't reship a package lost to customs even though the customer didn't purchase our stealth guarantee. It's almost always a brand new member who joins only to complain, then they disappear.

    If I didn't respond, it would make us look like we don't care about our customers. We do care, even if we can't always give the customer what they want, but I, personally, like to make sure that if any problem is our fault, it's resolved in the customer's favor.

    Yea but you might care note then other that work with you most people wouldn't do what u do that's how I am with my customers I go out of my way to help them but I was just putting my 2 cents in that's all I never ordered threw u because all the problems and I don't usually have the time to wait 30 days if I don't come for reshipment so I just go where I know its here in 7-8 days

    I get you - no worries.
    About the reshipment times, we wait the 25 business days because customs can hold it that long.
    When we were reshipping earlier, we replaced a lot of orders that we didn't need to, and even with the stealth fee, we lose money on every shipment that has to be reshipped.

    I dout u guys loose money but yea it six having to reship but if customs takes them cuz of bad stealth then that's on u guys but if you pm me I have a awesome way you guys can ship with out any detection just don't wanna post it here

    We're always looking for ideas, so I will.

    And, I'm not talking about reships due to seizures - I was just saying customs can take over a month to release in some cases even if they don't find anything. Other times, they can release within days. No rhyme or reason to it.

    See, I have seen "too many to count" forums about how customs have tore packages and either put letters in the package send them or just take and destroy the package in general. My question is... How can you ensure safe shipping with out compromising the loss of property or your company name and reputation, or having to refund? I seen some great kushes on the site that I would love to purchase but am skeptical if my package would arrive.. And do you ship to The United States? Also do you still have free seed promotions going? And lastly instead of selling "3" auto Magic beans you should sell "4" Magic beans 2 auto and 2reg, so those who can't afford for their next growth could have pollinated female(s) for continuous growth.

    We do the best we can with customs, but there's always a risk of loss.
    It also kind of depends on where you live. I live on the East Coast, my shipments go through New York, and so far, I've never had anything seized.
    Then, you have people who live in the MidWest and have to deal with Chicago customs. Some of them lose a lot of packages.

    You can purchase our stealth guarantee with your order - in addition to additional packaging, it will give you 1 free reship if your order is lost in transit.
    I don't believe they offer refunds for loss - only replacements.

    The best way to keep up with promotions is to sign up for our Newsletter. Things pop up there before I find out about them a lot of the time. We always have some free seeds based on the size of your order.

    That's a good suggestion on packaging. However, we are resellers - not breeders - so we don't have any control over pack size, etc. It is a good point though. However, you could get 2 regs and end up with 2 female plants. I usually have a slightly better than 50% female to male ratio - like, 2 out of 3, or 3 out of 5. Sometimes, I get lucky & get 4 out of 5.

    Dont waist your CASH! Being in Aus I first bought $200 worth of un-fem seeds from a company called Dinkseeds online which auto sent you beans in a cd sealed case which arrived in a week after payment. (This site doesnt have a resend policy bc they will get to you being in Aus) But after spending around $2000 in set up, ( tent, lights, fans, carbon filter ect) I wanted to get some feminized seeds to start with the goods, so went to the fanciest website I could find Gorilla seeds. After spending $200 on seeds and smelly proof bags ( thinking that's all I needed to get what I ordered) waiting 2 months and it not arrive they wanted to try work something out over the phone ( after I did play up and leave my experienced review) which I did say fuck them they can have the $200 and no more business and didn't call .I'm a pothead I hate talking on the phone and I already had 3 little ladies in Veg by that time. Buying online second time from over seas I didn't know it was such a bitch to get them here or about the DVD case bullshit you spin. Also tryed to send me a miss you buy more seeds email the other day, hahaha what a laugh!
    My 2 cents and what I went threw as a customer, don't tell me I'm wrong that's how it is.

    It's really hard to get through Australian customs. However, if you don't want to communicate with us about a problem, there's not a lot we can do.

    All good! I'm not wanting more seeds I have plenty now, Just warning Aussies it ain't as easy as you make it sound. What if it doesn't come on the stealth free shipping? I'm sure you will make it the buyers fault somehow or say I'm really sorry your loss while you wait and think shit I did nothing wrong Lol Also if you want seeds sent to Aus try: ***** www.bonzaseeds.com *******

    Read the fine print before you order. Ive ordered from them several times living in midwest usa. Have recieved every package. Even had a green taped one that still had my order in it. Gorilla os very professional and trusting. Besides living in usa and getting raped on shipping and stealth option. Theres not much you can complain about them.

    We've never told anyone in Australia that it's easy - in fact, I tell them quite the opposite.
    Stealth is easy - if tracking doesn't say it's delivered to the address you used on your order, you get 1 free reship to the same or a different address, your choice. We consider it lost about 25 business days after the last movement.

    If it comes to you from customs with a letter and any other indication of seizure, you can also get your free reship then. We just need a picture to document everything.

    I'll tell everyone that no matter how you ship or who you buy from, passing through customs, no matter what country it is, comes with risks.

    I live on the west coast, AZ so what would my customs be? My uncle ordered over $200 in fem seeds. Customs destroyed them, going to have to figure out the site he ordered.
