Got a New Hps Light: Need Some Help Wiring It

i just got a 100 watt hps light but i have no idea how to wire it. It's a venture modle v90d133 i have add a pic that will help thanks for the help

first let me thank all of yall that have been so helpfull with this since im a newwbie and all that but u r prob the only ones that are gonna be able to teach me...

if i get the cfl lights ( the curly looking ones ) just to start out veg the plants , will i need to switch to a different light to bud and do different things to the plants besides change nutrients and the light cycle.... still kinda confused about that ? any ideas.... I really could go for a better light and just start it up with the proper equpitment but i guess im open for whatever you might think is best to start out with a system ... I am prob leaning towards the bubbleponics system....

any pointers on this?
