"Grass to Green" Advertisement

Does anyone know anything about this? I clicked through it and was extremely skeptical at first, since I just finished watching a T.V. show on "work at home scams" but there has been replies from RIU.org members below the infomercial part of the page, with positive responses. I am still skeptical as to if those replies are legit (if the webmaster just made them up) or if this sort of thing really works. Does anyone know anything about it? Whatever it is, seems too good to be true.
