Green lights

Was just reading and came across this artical any truth to it the green light bulb part

If you have to use a light during dark cycle, green light is the way to go. But it should be used as little as possible because it is not correct to say that plants do not absorb green light, it just has the least impact on them.

Interesting prior thread on this topic.

Plants dont really absorb pure green light or enough to be an issue, but most lights that arent led arent that specific as far as spectrum goes and your green bulbs end up with some blue in their spectrum, at least in aquarium lights lol.
