Don't go with mbferts.com, I ordered 5 products from them and only 4 came in. I emailed them about there mistake of not sending me what I paid for and they spat in my face. There an untrustworthy nutrients dealer. The Stretch Stopper I ordered and paid for never came in the mail, a value of $30. They refused to correct there mistake and called me liar. I'll stick with bulk of it means I don't have to deal with there I professionalism and it was all over a $30 Stretch Stopper, what business does that. It would have been so easy for them to own there mistake.

Heh well I haven't grown for a few years but here are some photos from a few experiments. Most of my photos and videos are gone now but I managed to retrieve some from a drying HDD. I'm too busy with my shop now and no space atm to experiment with.

By the way I use to run a 24/7 web cam back in 2011 https://web.archive.org/web/20110128231207/http://www.medicalcanna.com/

The photos that shows 420mag water mark are my own photos from a post on there. I don't have those files anymore but managed to find the forum post I made back in 2011.

I'm adding my review of GNP. They have worked exceptionally well for me while following their ultimate feed program. I did find my strain of great white liked a higher dose (30% more) of hydro fuel A&B bloom grown in promix bx high porosity. There is more products to use on a typical grow which i knew upfront. I do not use co2. Cost per staggered cycle running 4 x 1000 watt hps bulbs continuously is less than AN and House & Garden. Mainly because it is a feed/water/feed/water program which i followed. Terpinator has great harvest benefits also at full strength during flowering cycle applications. Never used Terp in veg. Overall, i can say honestly the line works. The yields are very good also. I do 42 plants in one gallon pots under 1x1000 watt hps and have averaged just under 2 pounds per cycle. I'm happy with that. My plants are kept very short since i only veg 2 weeks. i also have 3-4 colas per plant. I recommend the product. Remember GNP is not in the big 4 manufacturers in relation to effectiveness, chemistry, raw materials, quality control, research and development. AN, H&G, Canna are because they test their products on marijuana. I would use AN at all times because i had the highest yield and best flavor but their cost per product line and per yield cycle is always on the rise it seems. A negative for me. H&G is a very close second and the yield can be a little less (5-6% max on average) but the cost is less and pot has same quality and flavor. I do use candy bud with H&G. Both AN and H&G are feed/feed cycles for me. Ultimately , in my honest opinion based on time, effort and efficiency , H&G is the easiest product line to use.

Note: I started using the GNP product line in september 2015. Reason being i was about to do a large H&G order but my hydroshop came back with a complete line large quantity quote i liked and decided to try the line. No regrets.

Peace

I know this is an old threat but that's pretty interesting AnZu and thanks for taking the time to post your review! I've been a fan of GP's stuff and I've heard good things about GP's nutes. I've seen lots of growers on youtube that grow with Green Planet's stuff, and it all looks really good. I guess they can't officially test on cannabis without having some potential legal issues, but hopefully with the legalization of marijuana coming to Canada in 2017, GP will step up their game with testing their products "officially" on cannabis plants.

I've also found it's hard to find nutrients that are both good price wise and good quality wise. I've found that remains consistent with Green Planet's nute line, which is really awesome. Plus, it's local and readily available for me. The medi-one kit or the take it and grow kits are both awesome starters for people new to hydroponics or just wanting to try it out, especially in terms of pricing.

Here it says it's $60 for the Take It And Grow kit; 10 500mL bottles of nutes (base and add), which is a damn good price in comparison to how much they cost per bottle alone. http://www.mygreenplanet.com/product/take-it-grow-kit/

And the organic nute Medi-One kit is $34.99 for 4 bottles. One base and 3 adds. Can't go wrong, even if it's just to sample to see if you like it. http://www.mygreenplanet.com/product/medi-kit/

(not trying to advertise for them or anything, just trying to share my thoughts! though, i'm sure they appreciate the "free" advertising, hehe.)

I'm no GP fan, actually hate them with a passion but Massive shouldn't do that unless your plants are already stressed or you used huge doses. Massive is actually Monsta Bud by Ozi Magic. There's a long storey behind that. Best ration for Massive or Monsta Bug is 15ml per gal not 20+ they say to use. Actually Monsta Bud says to use 40mlo per gallon but that's if you use is as the sole food or you cut your food down in1/2 strength.

no no no....Green Planet Nutrients is from Surrey, British Columbia, Canada...and Advanced is from Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada....literally 30 minutes away from each other. They are both Canadian Companies...although Green Planet is all Canadian owners and Advanced are American, Canadian and somethings else...Although one of the the owners, Big Mike, isn't even allowed in Canada...what a mess of a Company.
Exactly! I actually just sent advanced nutrients an email to see if they would send me some products to try out and Test.I received a response.See what happens.Have Fun!

Thinking of trying the "Dual Fuel". It's a 2 part liquid, mixed at a 1:1 ratio and the grower uses the same 2 bases for veg and flower. Nice and simple. No dye. Lots of ca, mg, and s. A little weak on the chelated iron but hopefully not an issue. If it works good, I'll come back follow up.

Only used GH for the past 25 years but suddenly it's not available locally any longer, and GP3 is, and it appears to be the same thing, with the same ratios in each part. I don't use additives and run a stripped down rSWC. So it was a big deal for me to give their Massive a go, but it appears not to be an additive so much as a good base ratio which can then be further adjusted with the 3 part GP3. With the GP3 only if you want to get some extra K in there you have to use the Grow which also adds extra N that you don't want, so I'm looking forward to fine tuning the NPK ratios. There's some other stuff in the Massive formula but I don't really believe a lot of that stuff, however I'll keep an open mind and see what happens.
