Greenhouse 100x30

Hey guys I'm from Florida and have been doing my thing here for a few years and currently am setting up to move to Oregon/Josephine County. I just started talking to an investor that is considering financing the venture keeping my fingers crossed
So this is what I am planning:

60,000 Sq Ft EFU Property with 3 phase power and unlimited power

13 - 100x30 "Emerald Kingdom" Automated Light Dep System each with
- 32,000 Watt HID Lighting
- Two 36" Exhaust Vented exhaust fans on Temp Control
- Eight 12" Circulating Fans on Temp Control
- Six 14" Can Max Fans "Fresh Air Intakes" on Temp Control
- One 31,000 BTU Thermal Heater on Temp Control
- Two 210 Pint Dehum on Humi Control
- Nine 325 Gallon Tanks "Plumbed In Tantem" 2,925 Gallons
- One 1 Hp Water Pump for Drip

5 - 40x8 Shipping Containers "Drying Rooms" insulated and each with
- 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi Mini Spilt Cooling/Heating Units
- Two Pedestal Fans
- One 70 Pint Dehum on Humi Control
- Custom Screen Drying Trays


Growing Inside Each 12 0f 13 Greenhouses:
- Two Hundred Fifty 10 Gallon Smart Pots "Not Sure Of Strains"
- Vegging For 2 Months 24/0
- Feeding 4 Times Daliy Every 6 Hrs for 10 mins

Growing Inside 13 Greenhouse:
This is going to be my baby greenhouse for clones so I can have a harvest every 4 months

Going to Use House & Garden Full Line " I have used them for a while and love it but they are pricey especially for a grow this size"

I'm so stoked about this hoping that guy goes through with it Its going to take a pile of money for this venture but we are talking returns in the six figures and I get to do something I love and sleep at night lol.

Growing in Florida must be a profitable venture! Sound like you must be a Sensimillionaire or know the right people.

Sounds a bit like a licenced facility my buddy in Eastern Washington works at.
He's kind of a share holder but does not hold the licences. He's in charge of the daily operations.

It would be cool to be involved with something that large.

Naw Man!! no millionare here if I was I would already be in Oregon growing not waiting by for someone to make up there mind on a no brainer. I know a bunch of people with plenty of money but of shady character so dont want to do business with them.

Yea thats the Federal Governments problems I dont see them messing with people who have gotten and paid the state government money to get licenses and that have state permission to grow on top of that the tax dollars from these operation. They would be looking at a shit storm of legal issues if they did. I dont see it happening

I guarantee you the native americans complained about it probably because they werent getting feed. Everyone has a problem when they see other people eating and they cant get a piece of pie. Sadly the world works like that. To be honest I can see my neighbor unload a airplane full of colombian cocanie in there backyards & I wouldnt give a damn not my business!!

The native americans were getting paid for the use of their lands. So i doubt they would complain. Im not sure what you are saying . The federal government doesnt care about your marijauna tax money because you dont pay federal taxes. But you will make them a pretty penny locked up in a federal pen.

Im not worried about it there wouldnt be so many people growing in large numbers in orgeon right now if all of them were going to federal prison. Not worried one bit

There are no large grows in oregon right now. Its winter.. last year there was, as was there a different president. Seems like you got lots of knowledge, get that investors money and get to work. My grow is a fraction of what you are doing and ive already put a months worth of work in. Get busy already..

Does the government not get money from you when you do your taxes at the end of every fiscal year? Federal & State isnt it all part of the say government. Why do you think they made it legal man just like liquior they say all the money they could be making so they said lets make it legal.

I will be there soon enought my friend once they provide the capital. I'm not going to set up all at one time just to much going to set up 2 greenhouses and drying structures up first then after every crop put maybe another two up that way its not a big pile of money all up at front.

Tell me how do you claim marijauna income on a federal tax form? There is no place because the money was made in the comission of a crime. A federal crime. Yes states do take taxes but not the feds.

the feds jus shut down the 2017 High times Cannabis Cup In Las Vegas this weekend......tuned it into a concert.....no pot allowed
