what if i put one intake fan on the box to blow air in at like 40 cfm (small pc fan ) then put a 120mm pc fan (70 CFM) exausting the box into a duct up to the bulb and being helped by the inline to drag it out?

yes yes that will do fine, make sure there is a fan right on the light, either pulling air out of it or pushing air in. then have the inline toward the end of the line to pull it out the rest of the way.

you plan on having the hood inside right? unless you want to stack your pots on something to get them closer to the light...

i plan on having the the top of the box cut out to fit the relflector and ima hang it so it fits in and screw it down so i have a full 41 inches of space in the box the inline will be pulling air out of the bulb its about a few inches away and it blows out through about 2 ft of ducting
