Looking for a 2 bedroom with garage, and an owner that would allow (at my expense) a professionally installed, 100 amp dedicated electric service wired to the garage if needed... ANYWHERE in the state, prefer a location within an hour from the coast. Looking for a low crime neighborhood, close to shopping, coffee shop, walmarts, you know... not in the boondocks lol...
If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Or if anyone has any experience renting a place and want to share how you got it, (ie Just didn't say anything about mmj) lemme know what I should do..
