I was thinking of giving her a flush. I know MG can cause issues, and I've noticed some purple and reddish stems...

should I flush a three gallon pot with 4 gallons of water?

I wouldn't worry about stem color unless you're seeing other issues as well.
I've got some stems on mine now, that have been red since veg, in fact most of the stems are red/ purp, come to think of it.

I now have over 100 seeds, and completely lost which seeds were which... My mom opened the drawer and saw bags of seeds, and just dumped all the seeds into one big bag...

Luckily, I kept my Afghan Kush seed in my room so i now which one that is haha

I found out its normal in seelding/early veg stages, but after that, it can be a serious issue.

Hope you don't mind me chipping in here, just wanted to let bigbull52 know that you should keep your seeds in a refrigerator at about five degrees Celsius to keep them fresh and increase their germination rate.

Seeds like a cool period before waking up; it's called stratification in botany.
