Anyone come up with a perfect solution to enclosing a veg. area "no escaping light" that can contain 12 plants?

Look for Jethros Stealth Grow... his design is genius. It uses Rubber Maid container.. as far as I know the only possible light seepage would be the ventalation hose but light is a bit more tricky then that so I dont think it actualy leaks (out) and light and definatly no light can leak in with his deisn.

Depends on how good of a carpender you are. I myself would make a 4'X4'X8' Box out of OSB board. Then seal the cracks with "Great Stuff" Foam. You will also need to brace the walls with 2X4 of course. The great stuff foam is somewhat transparent so you will want to further seal it from the light. I usually do this by lining with the mylar as the last step. This seals up all the seams real nicely. Hope this helps!!!

P.s. You dont have to make the box 8ft high . I just like that because I dont have to cut the OSB (which flys everywhere!)

I like your basic design L2D, Where do you have the door? I would figure on the side so the lights can be connected to the top. But mabey you have a better way of doing it..? I will have about that amount of space to work with, "4x8" and I am still deciding on what feeding system I will be useing for my Veg. I am currently using an EBB & Grow set up, and I think I will keep that going for the flower room.. I am leaning towards a drip system.. Question: (1) Where is the door for the box:
(2)and what is the no brainer feeding system for the Veg Box:
