I have a closet with the following specs.

_______________________________

8ft High
6ft 7in Deep
5ft 7in Wide

Shelves
5ft 6 inches high till shelf / 2ft 6 space till cieling from shelf. Theres a shelf on both sides that are both 6ft 7in long

3ft 8 inches of space in between those shelves which leaves an area of 3.8 with a high of 8ft high. Theres a light socket right above it which I could probably use a light in.

I live in an apartment so I don't plan to do anything super big to start and ventilation will probably be an issue

I'm looking for all suggestions when it comes to ventilation, light and setup. Any suggestions will be great. I figure cloning would be good for on the shelves other then that I don't really no of where else to begin. This will be my first time.

Please help. Thanks. Cheers!

One thing you need to think about is the different stages of the plant and the light requirements needed. Shelves are good for keeping supplies on and also good for seedlings and clones but make sure you seal off any possible light leaks from the other plants.
One of the biggest things you need to consider is odor control especially in apt growing. Will you be able to leave the door open? Can you take it off and put up some kind of light proof curtain?

I could remove the door and put mylar or something. Odor control and ventilation have been my main concerns since I live in an apartment

Not like they can search my room nor does my room have a bathroom it it that might need to be fixed. Don't see the issue

Most have inspection clauses, and most retain a key, and most seem to really hate it if you want to change the lock. Be stealthy above all else. I've seen people get caught from apartment grows more than any other(besides by the parents, of course).

well if you insist on growing in this apartment.....I would most definitely invest in an efficient carbon filter. What type of lights do you have in mind?

do you pay the light bill? because you wouldn't want somebody else (I.E. your landlord) to notice a spike in your electric bill.
