Grow tent cooling issue

Hi guys,

I am currently using a self built grow tent that is 6'*4'*4'. I have tested it for leaks and it is looking pretty good. I am growing in a soilless medium and using CO2 with fuzzy logic controller. I just started to notice that I am running into temperature problems at night, I am hitting below 62F on most nights. I was planning on getting a temperature/humidity controller such as this, http://www.hydrogalaxy.com/climate-control/atmosphere/environmental-controllers/evc-2-environmental-controller/ as I have the Sentinal CO2 fuzzy logic controller and it has served me well. The three questions I have is:
1. Will I be able to connect my Can-Fan (light cooling, 80 watt), Space Heater (????, addressed in question 2), and Dehumidifier (50pint, 710Watt) without a power expansion unit all into the Sentinal EVC-2. I tried reading the manual but cannot seem to find a straight answer.
2. What would you recommend for a space heater to raise my temps at night. I obviously could use something low power, I have the ability to hang it above canopy level. I purchased one very similar to this, http://www.amazon.com/Lasko-754200-Ceramic-Adjustable-Thermostat/dp/B000TKDQ5C/ref=br_lf_m_1000833941_1_1_ttl?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&pf_rd_p=1444983502&pf_rd_s=center-4&pf_rd_t=1401&pf_rd_i=1000833941&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0KHZWQZSMA3Q9AZN94ZK but a different brand. I believe it is the standard 1500WATT, not 1500/900 like the unit in that link. The problem is, the second I connect this space heater to an extension cord (heavy duty one rated at 20 AMP), the unit does not power on.
3. Currently just flipped into flower, what day/night temp/humidity do you guys recommend. I seem to get alot of different answers. If you don't mint including veg temperatures for the future this would also be helpful.

Thats all I have for now guys, but I appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!
