Growing Hydro How much yield should I expect?

I have a 15' length x 10' wide x 7' tall storage house and I just bought:

10 gallon reservior with water pump and air pump inside that can fit 6 plants

200 Watt CFL that puts off 12,000 lumens

PH adjuster to keep the ph level between 6.0 and 6.5

Grow and Bloom nutrients to feed the plants

Mylar to put around the plants to reflect the light back to the plants

Fan to keep air circulating. I'm also keeping the storage door open to let fresh air come in.

Carbon Air Scrubber for the odor

Do you think this is enough light? If not I was thinking of putting (12) 30 Watt CFLs that puts off 2000 lumens each around the plants; 6 on each side. I was going to buy 600 watt HPS but I want to keep the lights close as possible like 4-6 inches off the plants without burning them. I plan to grow each plant to about 4-5 feet tall.

What kind of yield can I expect to get?

And what should I do to increase the yield?

Yeah, post pics! Get some good ones of the setup from different angles

Thanks!

So using CFLs isn't a good idea for vegging and flowering. I planned on putting about (12) 30 watt Full Spectrum CFLs around the 6 plants along with the 200 watt Full Spectrum CFL on top of the plants.

Do you think I need to put 12 more around the plants to get about 8 oz. or more per plant?

how long do you plan on vegging for?? if you want a high yeild with cfls you want a bulb 2 inches from every bud site, if you are going to have 5 fot plants you need a lot more than 12

Well, the grow area I'm using will be 2'x2'. I plan on vegging for about 3 weeks on 18/6 then switching to flowering 12/12. I think (12) 30 watt CFLs and (1) 200 watt CFL should work. If not should 24 do the trick?

wtf? you said you had like 1000 cubic feet of grow space. make up your mind. you can buy a lot of weak cfl's or one great hps. hmm, let's think hard about that. 12,000 lumens for 6 plants in 4 square feet o' space. you might get an ounce. air pump yes, water pump no.

24 you would be all set, but u should just buy a hps

that is a starter bucket. a plant's roots at harvest in dwc will nearly fill a five gallon bucket.

top at fourteen inches, let the lateral growth catch the apical growth, then flower. produce up to 17oz (highest i've seen) in a 5g dwc.

I do, but I'm not using the entire space only 2x2.

Basically, what you are saying is while in vegging top the plants off at about 14 inches to let the braches grow out more so it can produce more buds when I flower, then flower, but for how long?

How long should I veg.?

it depends on how fast they grow. this is based on size, not time. obviously, we're not talking about stretched to hell plants, we're talking about super tight node spacing.

the lateral branches will eventualy grow to catch up with the apically dominant shoots. at this point, lst for best canopy and coverage, and flower.

sorry, but like i said, i base this on size, not time.
