Growing in a quarry

So, I have finally picked out what strain I will grow (first time grow) and I've gone with 3 auto xxl white widows from dinafem.

I am thinking about buying a €30 green house and putting them in there as the climate and weather is gonna be pretty bad until summer (and even then it will still be pretty terrible.) Also the humidity is high (avg RH is 60%-90%) due to it raining so frequently.

So with that out of the way, Ive gotten a few locations for this guerrilla grow picked out. There is a golf course (closed down but grass gets cut every few months) with a quarry right next to it. The quarry is being used in one half of it, the other half is blocked off and hasnt been in use for years.
There is about 4ft of water in places but in the middle is a sort of small island covered in trees and brambles.
The only people who go there are me, my dad and the dog and my group of friends. My dad walks around the cliffs, rarely going down to the bottom and never to the island. My friends do goto the island to raft around the water but only use one way to get to it. They have smoked and some know I am thinking on growing (only 3 of them. I trust them a lot tho and Im always with them.)

This location is probably the safest from people. There are rabbits but ive never seen them on the island or in the water. My only problem is as I said at the start - weather. I dont want people to see the greenhouse (ill link pics to it later) although there really shouldnt be any random people there other than ppl already stated.

Lemme know if this sounds like a good idea or not. :bigjoint:

The location sounds good. Growing with friends is not a good idea. If you do get ripped, even if it wasn't your friends, you will always wonder if it was.
One of them has offered to pay for some of the cost (he doesnt smoke but enjoys a cider or 2... or 10 xD) I will be selling some to a small group of my stoner friends and the rest will be for my personal use. I doubt they will tell anyone else as ive known them for a good few years. Time will tell i guess

If you are going to Gourilla grow it's best to do it in a location where they will BLEND into the surrounding. Building a green house in the middle of nowhere will just invite onlookers, looking to see what is in there. It doesn't matter that nobody goes there regularly, it just takes that one trip by a onlooker. I really think you need to rethink your game plan.

Hmm I understand. I do have other possible locations close to my house by fields and such. Thank you for your input :)

Sorry bud, but this has bad idea written all over it. Got to pick a better location, and don't tell anyone where it is. Someone will try to rip it if the location is known. I have a legal grow that is surveillanced on my property and I've had family try and pull shit thinking they won't get caught.
I personally would rather do a stealth indoor grow in this situation. Chance of success is much higher. Successful guerilla growing takes a serious combination of skill and luck in my opinion. Those guys loose crops to everything from rippers, pests, deficiency, mold, and the law. I always tell new growers that your first grow's goal should be simply to make it to the end, because many won't. Start small, grow big. I hope this helps.

Growing outside in Ireland? Tough ask even in a green house. Humidity will be higher in a green house when the plants get larger and are transpiring a good amount.
I don't like the quarry....id be having another look at the golf cause if its closed down. Maybe lots and lots of auto's scattered about.

And don't tell anyone..at all.

It's does looks a great location if you can hide it somewhere on that island . Too many people know though already , only one person knows of my grow and only because we been growing together for over 10 overs on and off and he has huge plants of his own . Have you grown before ? I'd rather try a stealth indoor going like others have said .

I have looked into stealth growing and have ruled it out. I live with my parents and younger brother so smell would be a big problem.

Yep i won’t be going down the greenhouse route anymore. The problem with the golf course is there are other people who walk through it, as well as the owner and occasional grass cutter. The enterance has been closed off recently though, could mean many things. Should I post an aerial picture of the golf course?

I really do like it there tbh. The trees cover quite a lot of plus small shrubs, bushes and brambles. Anyway, 3 people know of me wanting to grow as I’ve said but they don’t know where I want to. And no this will be my first grow. Indoor grow is off the table for me for now anyway. Thank you.

Sounds like you have the odds stacked against you on producing anything, but I'm rooting for you....hope the plants will! .....LOL

Ok id like some input. Been scheming about my guerilla grow. Finding a place in the middle of state land. Buuut. Give me serious input. What about getting online {which i have done》 looking at foreclosed homes and doing a patch at a few on thoae foreclosed private properties!! Obviously i will be going sround looking at houses as would anyone who is interested in buying a home. Which i am...but i need more money...which i am trying to get. If ya get my drift?
