Growing Kre8s Sucker Punch F1s

Hi there so I have a question about what kind of seed stock I would produce in this following situation and I appreciate any help. I just soaked 10 seeds of Sucker punch which is Pebbles Punch F3 x Everything cookies and these were reg seeds F1s. Now when I grow these out I'm going to pick the best male and best female and let those two produce offspring. Now my question is what seed stock would that produce is that Now a F1 of that new cross or is That Now a F2?. Also what would happen if I just let all the males and all the females just do there natural thing what sees stock would that produce? And would that be better stock to hunt the Sucker punch line with?

(SP f1 female)x(SP f1 male) = SP f2 reg seeds

If you only use the best male and best female, you are narrowing the overall pool of genes and will see less overall variation in the progeny as compared to just letting them all do their thing.

Thanks Tracker for the book information. I ordered a book on breeding but since I live in a rural town on the Oregon coast 6 MO tha and it's still not here so I'll look into buying those on Amazon. Thanks for answering the question as well.
