keep in mind the soil it grows from will be rendered useless to any other plants to grow in.

that tobacco uses and abuses the soil. so if you do grow it.... just make sure its off in the cut or somewhere it wont affect too much shit

I saw a YouTube video of a Mexican farmer who grafted tomato plants on top of tobacco. So he had a mixed crop in the same space. And since the tobacco was on bottom, it kept bugs off the tomatoes.

As far a tobacco being legal, I think you need a federal license to own the seeds. Get caught with unlicensed tobacco and you be in real big trouble. At least I have been told that, from farmers in the South.

tobacco causes mosaic virus in tomatoes. sound strange to me but then again if it's on the internets it must be true!

I watched that video a half dozen times. It was amazing. It was on YouTube 3-4 months back. All I put in the search engine was "growing tomatoes".

Hell, for all I know it could have been a hoax. But it was a clever job, if it was not true. I wondered what the tomatoes tasted like and were they safe to eat. After all, nicotine is a pesticide ingredient.

that's the silliest thing I've heard, why would you want to grow a legal plant indoors? to pay for lights? you do know that tobacco plants require huge amount more light then MJ.

Just go out to a farmers field around harvest time and pick a few plants...

Ya I would be amazed if you can find some tobacco seeds, you may have to know an actual farmer. But if you can get some, I wanty!

Well as an ex-cigarette smoker i HAVE always wondered what a cig of just tobacco with out all the goddamn additives would taste like. Probably pretty good, Im glad i quit cigarettes though cuz im only 21 and i could already feel that shit buildin up in my lungs. If your looking for a fun indoor grow/ hobby yeah i'd grow bud plants for sure
