That is the dumbest most unhelpful answer I have ever read. Thanks for nothing Potlike. Don't reply if you are in a bad mood and bitter because you can't afford to pay someone to build a grow box for you. I'm not broke like you. :finger:

So back to my question...
How much would an experienced grower yeild off 4 plants with one of these systems?

I have only grown in closets so I don't know what it would be like under these conditions.

Thanks for your HELP.

Are you a fucking moron? That answer was correct. Those systems are not going to give you cookie cutter results EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME- it yields what you allow it to yield with care and attention to detail. It requires more information as well to answer that question. What strain do you plan to use, are you wanting to use that for vegging and flowering. What is the ambient temperature outside of the closet.

Yes, I am a college student and don't have alot of money but if I wanted to I could afford a system like that. I would be an idiot to do so however as I have carpentry skills and I can build something 10x more efficient for that price tag.

Spend your money in lights, climate control, nutrients, air flow. If you want a good yield in a short time possibly look at some aeroponic systems. I would suggest different areas for vegging and flowering. I would also consider using different nutrients

I was being nice and being helpful it just wasn't what you wanted to hear. I don't appreciate your attitude towards that. If you didn't like the answer you could have merely asked me to elaborate. In conclusion those systems don't yield jack shit, they yield what you allow them to yield-in flowering if you go that route only put 2 plants in there you want 1 plant per square foot.

Dude- I get it. There are a lot of variables to the question. I know it is not an exact amount every time. I just want to get a ball park figure from someone who has experience with these grow systems. If I had one and had a few harvests, I could give an answer like, 5-7 ounces or 10-40 grams.

Your right, your answer was not what I wanted to hear. But it was also not helpful.

dude you have to give MORE INFO... yield can be very strain dependent.

If I was growing white widow in there with two plants I would get CLOSE to a pound(~13-14oz). 6-7 ounces per plant, but then again most people would probably get somewhere around 6-10 ounces with the same white widow. Modifications I would make to attain this would be more light, convert to aeroponic, two oscillating fans, different nutrients, co2, UVB lights(trichome development), maybe more ventilation to account for the more lights. As an experiment for my grow that I will be attempting would be foliar feeding with molasses as aero/hydro units don't like clogged pipes(molasses can add ALOT of weight).

I have never grown at my place, but have been the main person caring for plants and designed their grow rooms at two friends' place as well as helping out other friends on their grows for the past two-three years. I am planning my "first" grow at my place right now.

You have to help us with more information so we can help you better.

Okay here is more info. The strain is called NY Diesel that is advertised to have 400 gr/m2. I would be using much better nutrients like Advanced nutrients. I will have Co2 injection. The light is 400 watts with hortilux bulb/air cooled. Perfect temp and humidity. And I will have a TDS pen to make sure feeding is spot on. I would only be using what is shown in the ad for the caddy grow system for fans and growing medium. It will come with a drip system as well as an utrasonic fogger for the roots. Is there any more info you need? What is your guess on yield in this situation? What else would you do?

Also, What's up with molasses? How does that help?

Has anyone seen these expensive set ups? I found one called the caddy made by sunlight sheds. I think I want to get it but I really want to hear what people say first.

I have the "Cool Cab" and have had success. I made some modifications after my first grow. I would not put more than 6 plants in there though, and the height is limited so you have to top them. Other than that, I recommend it. It comes with everything you need other than your seeds.

You could probably expect roughly the same yield for NYC Diesel as you would for White Widow maybe an ounce or so less.

As far as molasses goes here is a good thread about it. They can do a much better job explaining the benefits of its' use.

Consider buying some reptile lights(UVB) for higher THC concentrations.
