Harvest surprise/problems

I just harvested five plants, it was my first outside grow... I am now drying/curing but I stombled across many questions:

1-Do hermy plants yield good seeds?
2-What do to with all the leaves and stems?
2.1-If you make hash, what method would you propose?
3-What's the outcome of "overdone" buds?
4-What's the outcome of "underdone" buds?
5-What's the outcome of "underdone" seeds?

some of those questions are just for curiosity...:-?

Thanks, I did find some answers but i didnt get anything for the following questions...
Underdone buds
Overdone buds

One of my plant generated a bunch of seeds, but I dont know if they are mature...
How can i tell and if they're good?
If they're good, should i threat them a special way if I want to conserve them for next season...

hermie plants produce feminized seeds correct? as for your seeds...try germinating a few, probably the quickest way to tell

3-What's the outcome of "overdone" buds?- low THC content?
4-What's the outcome of "underdone" buds?- not enough THC content?
5-What's the outcome of "underdone" seeds? - Seeds should release when ready- but possibly won't grow

some of those questions are just for curiosity...:-?

WTF nooo. Hermie seeds are going to turn out hermie just like it's transexual mom. You shouild got those hermies out of your garden when you first noticed. Now all your plants have seeds.
