Harvested a little at week 5 to practice?

So I took a little 3g wet bud that has dried over night and now is a 1g bud from my purple haze. How long does it usually take foe the chlorophyll to go away and the hay smell to stop, can I begin curing if it smells like hay or will it stink up my curing can? It's only a little 1g ball so it's already getting crispy outside with moisture left in the stem. Also does anyone know how long it takes to fully bring out the active chemicals from their inactive state?

Dry at least 3-4 days before you start to cure,if you dry it too fast it's gonna taste funky guaranteed.

It always takes between 3 and 7 days to dry your plants...then put them in a paper grocery bag for a few days till crispy...then into the jars! That's how I do it (the DJ short way) and the taste is incredible! Try it and let me know how it works! Happy Farming!
